First Train Ride

September 1 1981

Amelia had been bouncing around compartments since she boarded the train, she was too excited to really sit still, this was her first time ever riding a train, and even better she was going to a magical school and that she much too curious about to remain silent. So the 11 year old traveled between compartments meeting as many other kids as she could talk to in such limited time.

She eventually reached one compartment with aa person inside it, she was so caught up in her excitement of the adventure she forgot to knock on the door and simply slid it opened and grinned.

"Hello, My name is Amelia" she greeted cheerfully as she walked inside and looked out the window and turned her curious eyes back to the other. "Whats yours? your name I mean.." she asked barely about to contain her giddiness.
